How much does it cost to list?

Creating a listing is free. The platform fee is added to the guest’s total at checkout rather than taken out of the rate you set, and you keep the airport facility fee you charge.

Can I offer both short-term rental and lease?

Yes. One listing can carry both terms, each with its own pricing, and you can add the second term later without starting a new listing.

How do payouts work?

Payments run through the platform. Earnings are tracked in the Host Portal and paid to the bank details you verify during host onboarding.

Can I approve each request?

Yes. Requests arrive with the pilot, aircraft and dates for you to review, and nothing is held until you accept — unless you switch on instant book for a listing, which confirms as soon as the guest pays.

What information do pilots provide?

Every booking request names the aircraft and the dates it needs the space, from a verified account. A lease inquiry adds the commitment the operator is asking for.
