Listings are created by the hosts who operate the facilities, and hosts are solely responsible for their content — dimensions, amenities, availability and the terms on which a space is offered.

We review listings and verify ownership and insurance documentation before a listing goes live, but we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete or current at the time you book. Confirm details that are critical to your aircraft with the host before you rely on them.

The Jet Estates is not an insurer, and nothing on the Platform constitutes insurance cover. Cover for a stored aircraft sits between the guest and the facility: keep your own hull and liability policies current, and read the operator’s stated cover and terms of storage on each listing before you book.

Security deposits, where a host requires one, are a matter between the parties to the booking under the listing’s stated terms.

Prices are set by hosts. Currency conversion on the Platform is for display only — you are charged in the listing’s own currency, and the amount shown in your selected display currency may differ from the amount your bank settles.

Content on the Platform — including market insight, guides and the Support Center — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or aviation regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it secure and continuously available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as the marketplace develops.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and parts of the service rely on other third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control. Links from the Platform to external sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement of their content.
